What to expect between “order placed” and “kids playing.”

Lead Times

Most playground equipment orders arrive within [8–14 weeks] of order confirmation, depending on the equipment series, color selections, and time of year. Standard colors keep your order on the fastest track; custom colors can add roughly two to four weeks to production. We’ll give you a realistic delivery window with your quote and keep you updated as your order progresses.

How It Ships

Commercial playground equipment ships via freight carrier on palletized loads. Larger structures may arrive in multiple crates or on multiple trucks. Your delivery will include a packing list matched to your order.

Preparing for Delivery

• Freight deliveries are curbside — you’ll need equipment (like a forklift) or a crew on hand to offload, unless TAG is handling your installation. Liftgate service is available if arranged in advance.
• Make sure the delivery site is accessible for a full-size semi-truck, and tell us ahead of time about low clearances or tight access.
• Someone must be on site to receive, count, and inspect the shipment against the packing list.

If We’re Installing

Skip all of the above — we coordinate delivery directly with our installation schedule, receive the equipment, and handle everything from truck to finished playground.

Damaged or Missing Items

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, snap photos, and call us within 5 business days. Keep the original packaging. We’ll handle the freight claim and replacement parts — that’s our job, not yours.
