Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty

Every piece of equipment we distribute is warranted to the original customer, for as long as they own the product, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation in accordance with published specifications.

100-Year Limited Warranty

• Aluminum and steel upright posts — against structural failure due to deterioration, corrosion, or workmanship
• Hardware — against structural failure due to deterioration, corrosion, or workmanship
• Post caps and clamps — against structural failure due to deterioration, corrosion, or workmanship

15-Year Limited Warranty

• Rails, rungs, rigid climbers, loops, and decks — against structural failure due to deterioration, corrosion, or workmanship
• All HDPE and molded plastic components — against structural failure due to materials or workmanship

1-Year Limited Warranty

• Moving parts — against structural failure due to materials or workmanship

What’s Covered (and What Isn’t)

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage from misuse, vandalism, or modified parts, or cosmetic issues such as dents, scratches, fading/weathering, and normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period. Approved warranty parts ship free of charge to the original destination. Labor for part replacement is not included.

Replacement parts carry the applicable warranty from their date of shipment.

Built to Standard

All equipment is engineered and tested to meet ASTM F1487 and CPSC playground safety guidelines before it ever ships.

Just reach out. Send us photos and a quick description of the issue, and we’ll coordinate the fix.

We handle the back-and-forth with the manufacturer so you don’t have to.
